The meticulously maintained residential complex offers two inviting swimming pools (one heated during winter), surrounded by lush gardens, sunbeds, and umbrellas available free of charge for your ultimate comfort. Thoughtfully furnished with chic, contemporary decor , this home is fully equipped with international TV, Fiber Wi-Fi (300 Mbps), kettle, toaster, coffee machine, microwave, oven, washing machine, and hairdryer to ensure a seamless and comfortable stay.

Located on the first floor, this sophisticated apartment includes a luxurious bedroom, a sleek open-plan kitchen, dining, and living area, and a modern bathroom featuring a spacious walk-in shower. Recently renovated with premium materials, the apartment embodies modern elegance and minimalist charm. Enjoy restful nights in the plush king-size bed (180 cm wide) topped with a premium mattress topper. The living room sofa conveniently converts into a comfortable bed suitable for one adult or two children (up to 12 years old). Step outside to your private terrace with its inviting seating area—perfect for sipping your morning coffee or unwinding after a day of exploration. Other things to note
The apartment is located on the first floor and accessible via stairs, thus it may not be suitable for guests with limited mobility or wheelchair users. The rooftop terrace is accessible via a spiral staircase directly from your private lower terrace. We kindly ask guests to respect quiet hours (23 pm to 8 am) to ensure a peaceful environment for all residents.

Recomiendo este alojamiento por su limpieza y su tranquilidad. Es un lugar estupendo para pasar unas vacaciones relajantes alejados del tráfico y del turismo masivo de la isla, pero a su vez a pocos minutos en coche de todos los puntos de interés. Las zonas comunes son también tranquilas y están bien cuidadas para poder disfrutar de una tarde maravillosa en la piscina. Katia fue muy amable y atenta recomendándonos incluso restaurantes y zonas típicas de los alrededores.

We had a lovely relaxing stay at Fred’s place (Hosted by Katia.) The apartment has great facilities, we just loved being able to chill on the terrace. The restaurants in Palm Mar are also of a high standard, everything you need is nearby. We would definitely return, both to this apartment and also to Palm Mar again. We were met by our host Katia outside our apartment. Se were made to instantly feel welcome. Lovely host. Tje apartment is beautiful, very comfortable, spotlessly clean. It has a fabulous private roof terrace which we loved sunbathing and relaxing on. Outside there are two communal swimming pools, one heated, which are lovely to cool off in. Nice walks are around you and plenty of cafes amd restaurants. Our host/s were very friemdly and extremely responsive. We really enjoyed staying and would not hesitate to return.

We had an amazing time at Fred’s apartment, hosted by the lovely Katia. From the moment we arrived, we felt warmly welcomed. The apartment is spotless, stylish, and very comfortable, with a well-equipped kitchen, a super king-size bed, and a modern bathroom. The private rooftop terrace was our favourite spot—perfect for sunbathing, dining, and watching sunsets. The two shared pools were clean and quiet. Located in peaceful Palm Mar, the area has great restaurants, two nearby supermarkets, and is within walking distance to the beach and promenade. The apartment matched the photos exactly and felt like a true home away from home. Katia was a fantastic host—friendly, helpful, and quick to respond to any questions. We had a relaxing, memorable stay and would love to return. Highly recommended!

Das Highlight war die Kombination von Terrasse und Dachterasse auf 2 Ebenen. Man hat den ganzen Tag Sonne. Herrlicher Blick aufs Meer. Alles war vorhanden über Liegen, Sonnenschirm und Frühstückstisch. Sehr bequemes Lounge Möbel. Einzig ärgerlich war der tägliche Stau zwischen Adeje und Palm Mar. Für 15 km eine gute Stunde Fahrzeit

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans l’appartement de Fred. L'appartement est joli, décoré avec goût, et situé dans une très belle résidence pleine de charme. Le cadre est calme et agréable, parfait pour se détendre. Les deux terrasses sont superbes, avec une mention spéciale pour celle du haut, vraiment magnifique ! La piscine est à bonne température, idéale pour se rafraîchir. Le lit est confortable, ce qui est toujours un vrai plus. Un grand merci à Katia, qui nous a accueillis avec le sourire. Elle a été formidable, très réactive et disponible, et elle a su répondre à toutes nos questions avec gentillesse. Je recommande cet appartement sans hésiter, et je reviendrai très certainement !

This is a lovely, homely apartment in a pretty and peaceful complex. The roof terrace gives amazing views and a comfortable day bed to lie under the stars. Palm Mar may be a little quiet for some but there is everything you need. Katia was extremely helpful and responsive. We love the resort and highly recommend this apartment.

This is a lovely little apartment great for 2 guests, with beautiful roof terrace and 2 shared swimming pools, great choice of restaurants in walking distance with delicious menu. Small convenience supermarket round the corner with larger store a few minutes up the road. walking distance to the beach. Great place for a peaceful rest and sunbathe. Very welcoming hosts and very helpful with suggesting where to go and what to do and helped us organise our airport transfers. Would highly recommend this place for any length holiday, we would love to go back. Thank you!

Wir wurden von der Gastgeberin Katía sehr freundlich empfangen. Sie hat uns alles in der Wohnung gezeigt und reagierte schnell auf unsere Nachrichten. Es ist eine sehr schöne, gemütliche Wohnung, die alles hat, was man für einen kurzen Aufenthalt braucht. Super sauber und liebevoll eingerichtet. Die Lage ist besonders praktisch, da Restaurants und ein Supermarkt direkt in der Nähe sind. Auch die Promenade ist nicht weit entfernt – ideal für einen Spaziergang am Abend, bei dem man den Sonnenuntergang genießen konnte. Ein Highlight waren auf jeden Fall die beiden Terrassen, von der oberen aus, konnte man ebenfalls den Sonnenuntergang betrachten – eine schöne Atmosphäre zum Entspannen. Insgesamt ein rundum angenehmer Aufenthalt – wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt 😊🌴

In Palm Mar you can find a nice variety of restaurants with international and local dishes. Nice bars and a Beach Clubs, nice promenade and beach, supermarkets, a pharmacy, taxi stands, and bus stops. Parking is public and free.
